The Vehicle Dynamics Engineer is responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing vehicle dynamic performance, ensuring the vehicle delivers the required levels of handling, ride comfort, stability, safety, and overall driving performance. The role involves simulation, testing, data analysis, and close collaboration with studio engineering, chassis, body-in-white, powertrain and supply chain teams.

Activities, engagement, responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development and optimization of vehicle dynamics attributes, including handling, stability, ride, steering response, braking, and overall drivability.
  • Assist in the definition and analyzation of vehicle dynamics targets and KPIs, translating vehicle-level requirements into measurable engineering objectives.
  • Perform multibody vehicle simulations and kinematic/compliance analyses to evaluate suspension, steering, and chassis behavior.
  • Conduct vehicle testing and data acquisition, including proving-ground and road testing, and correlate simulation results with physical test data.
  • Support vehicle-level development and tuning, identifying root causes of performance deviations and proposing engineering solutions.
    Perform simulation-to-test correlation, model validation, sensitivity studies, and design optimization.
  • Collaborate with studio engineering and powertrain teams to ensure consistent vehicle performance.
  • Prepare technical reports, test plans, simulation results, engineering specifications, and recommendations for design decisions.
  • Support prototype and production vehicle development, including issue investigation and validation.

 

Knowledge of software systems such as Adams Car, CarSim/TruckSim, Altair MotionView, MATLAB/Simulink, SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS etc. is a plus.

Experience with DAQ and vehicle instrumentation tools is desirable.

The Chassis / Skateboard Structure Engineer is responsible for the design, development, analysis, and validation of vehicle chassis systems, ensuring the required levels of structural performance, handling, ride comfort, durability, safety, and manufacturability. The role involves close collaboration with studio engineering, vehicle dynamics, BIW and powertrain teams throughout the vehicle development process.

Activities, engagement, responsibilities :

  • Design and develop chassis components and systems, including subframes, suspension structures, steering, braking, and related mounting systems.
  • Define and manage chassis architecture, hard points, interfaces, and technical specifications according to vehicle-level requirements.
  • Perform structural, stiffness, strength, fatigue, and durability analyses to ensure component and system performance.
  • Support suspension and steering geometry development, including kinematics, compliance, wheel alignment, and load-path analysis.
  • Select and optimize materials, manufacturing processes, joints, bushings, and mounting solutions considering performance, cost, weight, and manufacturability.
  • Conduct prototype and vehicle testing, analyze test results, and support correlation between simulations and physical measurements.
  • Investigate chassis-related failures and performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with design studio, vehicle dynamics and powertrain teams to ensure system-level integration.
  • Manage technical documentation, engineering drawings, requirements, change requests, and design validation plans.
  • Support prototype builds, design reviews, development milestones, and production release, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project targets.

 

Knowledge of software systems such as SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, Siemens NX, PTC CREO, ANSYS, ABAQUS etc. is a plus.

Experience with GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and dimensional quality tools is highly desirable.

The BIW / Trim Design Engineer is responsible for the development, integration, and validation of the vehicle BIW, Trims and related body structures, ensuring the required levels of structural performance, stiffness, durability, safety, weight, manufacturability, and dimensional quality. The role requires close collaboration with styling, studio engineering and chassis teams throughout the vehicle development process.

Activities, engagement, responsibilities :

  • Design and develop BIW structures and body components, including body panels, interior/exterior trims, pillars, roof, floor, doors, cross-members, reinforcements, and structural members.
  • Define and manage body architecture, hard points, interfaces, and packaging requirements while ensuring integration with vehicle systems.
  • Perform structural, stiffness, strength, fatigue, and durability analyses to meet vehicle performance and engineering targets.
  • Develop and optimize body joints, welds, adhesives, fasteners, reinforcements, and load paths for structural performance and manufacturability.
  • Support doors integration, including clearances, interfaces, alignment, kinematics, and functional requirements.
  • Conduct digital mock-up, tolerance, gap & flush, and dimensional studies to ensure accurate body assembly and fit.
  • Support prototype builds and physical testing, including body stiffness, durability, fatigue, corrosion, and abuse testing, and correlate results with simulations.
  • Investigate structural, dimensional, and assembly-related issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with styling, studio engineering and chassis teams to ensure design feasibility and system-level integration.
  • Manage CAD models, engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, design changes, and validation documentation through the vehicle development lifecycle.

 

Knowledge of software systems such as SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, Siemens NX, PTC CREO, ANSYS, ABAQUS etc. is a plus.

Experience with BIW manufacturing, plastic product design, composites, welding, adhesives, GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and dimensional quality tools is highly desirable.

The 3D Automotive Modeler is responsible for transforming vehicle design concepts and styling proposals into high-quality 3D surfaces, ensuring accurate interpretation of the designer’s intent while meeting engineering, Class-A surfacing, packaging, and manufacturing requirements. The role works closely with automotive designers, studio engineers, CAS/engineering teams, and other stakeholders throughout the vehicle development process.

Activities, engagement, responsibilities :

  • Develop high-quality 3D exterior and interior automotive surfaces based on 2D sketches, design proposals, and styling requirements.
  • Translate designer intent into accurate digital models, maintaining proportions, character lines, reflections, and surface continuity.
  • Create and refine Class-A surfaces with appropriate curvature, continuity, and highlight quality.
  • Develop concept, feasibility, and production-intent surfaces while maintaining design quality throughout the development process.
  • Perform surface evaluation and quality checks, including curvature, zebra, isophote, reflection, and continuity analysis.
  • Collaborate with styling, studio engineering and BIW teams to ensure surfaces are technically feasible.
  • Integrate engineering and packaging constraints while preserving the original styling intent and vehicle proportions.
  • Support the development of surface transitions, panel breaks, shut lines, gaps, and flush conditions for production feasibility.
  • Prepare and manage 3D models, surface data, design iterations, and technical deliverables according to project milestones.
  • Participate in design reviews and digital/physical model evaluations, incorporating feedback and delivering refined surface solutions.

 

Experience working with Autodesk Alias is a must. 

Strong knowledge of NURBS modeling is essential.

Knowledge of software systems such as ICEM Surf, Rhino, CATIA etc. is a plus.

Previous experience in automotive-motor-technologies preferred.

  • Set up and manage servers and infrastructure, handling DevOps responsibilities across the stack.
